Self Catering Accommodation in North Norfolk, Sleeps 4

Wisteria is our third development and was completed in late February 2013. Set about 50 yards off the Holt Road near the church in Briningham.

A one storey property, set in three quarters of an acre of established garden. Known as Wisteria for the wisteria plant that grows up the east facing wall.

There is striking ‘grand design’ glass entrance hall which allows natural light into the property. This entrance hall has a very comfortable chair from The Fair Trade Furniture Company.

Wisteria has two bedrooms, both ensuite. The master bedroom looks east and is large and has an ensuite shower room. The second bedroom has twin beds and has an ensuite bathroom – bath and shower.

The kitchen, dining area and sitting room is open plan and is dominated by glass screens.

The kitchen is very well equipped – to our usual standards – high quality crockery and cutlery and cooking ware. Ceramic hob and double oven. Full size dishwasher. Fridge and separate freezer.

The sitting area is cosy with two very comfortable leather sofas, a novel chair and foot stool, large screen tv and dvd. Radio, CD player and docking station. The glass screens in the sitting area look out to the garden and open on to a terraced area with outdoor furniture. The terrace area is east and south facing.

There is separate utility room for boots and coats equipped with a washing machine/tumble dryer and additional sink and storage space.

Wisteria is heated by oil fired central heating. Wifi is available. It is decorated to the same high standard as our other properties – carpeted bedrooms, lined curtains, fully tiled bathrooms, cotton bed linen, thick towels. Wisteria is accredited by the Tourist Board to a very high 4* Standard.

Although finished and decorated to the same high standard as the barns, Wisteria does have a different feel and look inside to Bayses and Canfers! I want guests to feel that they are having another great holiday experience with us – but a different one!

Wisteria has proved to be as popular as our other properties – early booking is advised ! Bed linen, towels, bathmats, tea towels, heating and wifi is all included in the price. There is a garage – useful for storing bikes.

Wisteria is an ideal base for a family of four to come and stay during the holidays – particularly as it has a very large, enclosed garden. Equally ideal for a couple or two couples – wanting a quiet week in North Norfolk. We are surrounded by excellent gastropubs and other great places to eat – all within easy driving distance.

We accept pets – at a small additional charge and at the discretion of the owner. There is access to private walks on our 500 acre farm – direct from the property.
